What’s included

Single room with a king single size bed with reading light, under bed storage, study desk, chair, pin board, built-in wardrobe, bookshelf, storage space, full-length mirror, acoustic louvre windows and secure swipe card access. Individual air-conditioning and heating. Gas, water & electricity bills included. Shared bathroom (student shares one bathroom with one other person).

Iglu also provides basic cleaning equipment: Vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, dustpan and broom, iron and ironing board.

Toiletries and cleaning supplies.

Facilities in the building:

24-hour security and support, gym and games area, onsite laundry, in-house reception, study and BBQ areas, cinema room, TV and lounge area, bicycle storage and vending machine.

Common area facilities:

Trams and buses are an approximate 3-minute walk from the Residence. These routes also run directly into the city. (Free shuttle bus or public transport to the city. Travel time is around 50 minutes.)
